Blunt-cannula release of the fibrous bands beneath rolling acne scars and indented lines.

A blunt cannula is passed beneath the dermis to cut the fibrous strands that pull a scar downward, at both deep and superficial levels. Released scars lift immediately and continue to improve as collagen fills the space. Often combined with filler, collagen, or PN injected into the released space.

   Pressure and cooling; bruising for 5–7 days is normal
